Screw extruder
Overview: In the dispersion of solid powder and liquid coexisting with solid state, take advange of self viscosity of dispersion(or external binder), The basic particles of solid powder are bonded and increased by forced extrusion,and formed a certain shape and uniform size,concentrated particle swarm. The wet granulation process is mainly composed of mixing, granulation, drying and auxiliary system equipment. The wet granulation process is mainly composed of mixing, granulation, drying and auxiliary system equipment.After mixing,the power is entered into a granulator to forma wet product which is required to form a particle size,after drying to obtain granular products,so as to achieve the purpose of granulation.

Application range :widely used in chemical fertilizers, rubber additives, food additives, plastic additives, powder activated carbon, catalyst, feed, pesticides, dyes, pigments, chemicals, pharmaceutical and other industries need to granulation products.

The technological process of the project is“ mixed extrusion - granulation - drying - Screening - cooling – packaging”,the required equipment is : double screw press granulator, drum granulation (or roller granulator) - distributor - belt dryer, rotary kiln cooling sieve extension – screening machine – double scales packaging machine.
Ready to work: the dry material by belt weigher weighing, mixing ,with ribbon mixed with water according to the proportion of spray , ensure the moisture content in the range of 3%-4% can be into the granulation process (if the material itself is wet material directly into the granulation process can be).
Screw extruder:from last process of material(moisture3%-4%)by belt conveying material to each screw press granulator, the double screw granulator is mainly in the body of a "8" shaped tube, which is composed of two screws which are engaged with each other, double screw press granulator transport to the forward displacement, there is a fuction of forcing the material to the front.On the other hand,the double screw press granulator in the meshing of the two screws also produce shear effect on the material.
Drum granulator: The material from the upstream mixing process is entered into the cylinder by the feed port. Drum granulator main motor drive belt and belt wheel, through the reducer to the drive shaft, through the installation on the driving shaft of open gear and fixed on the body of big gear ring is meshed and opposite work. Because of the special structure of the material inside the cylinder, the material is made into particles, and finally flows out through the discharge port. Due to the continuous entry of the material, the continuous rotation of the granulation machine, can achieve mass production.
distributing device: Material into the hopper, hopper rotate a certain angle, and then the lower part of the hopper electric bell down, will be put into the kiln. Each batch materials is divided into several times, and each time hopper is rotated in a certain angle according to certain angle. After several cycles, the material effect of the process is obtained.
Belt drier: Belt drier is a common type of continuous drying equipment, can be widely used in chemical, food, medicine, building materials, electronics and other industries, particularly suitable for the drying of sheet, strip and granular materials with good air permeability,for paste like material for filter cake, can also be through the granulation machine or extrusion molding mechanism for drying.
Rotary kiln cooling machine: Rotary cooling machine is used for fertilizer production, cooling temperature granular fertilizer, rotary cooling machine cylinder body material by helical blade and intermittent spiral lifting plate in the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder body exhumation and winnowing process to be cooled. Rotary cooler adopts sleeve barrel structure to shorten the length of the body, can greatly improve the cooling rate, reduce labor intensity, improve production, further remove some water and reduce the grain temperature of compound fertilizer. Rotary cooler can also be used for other powdery and granular material cooling. The device has the advantages of compact structure, high cooling efficiency, reliable performance and strong adaptability.
Drum screening machine:The drum screening machine is a cylindrical structure, which is used as a driving force to drive the roller to rotate, and the material to move forward at the same time, through the sieve screening, the qualified and unqualified particle separation, to achieve the
purpose of screening;at the same time, the material can be polished, so that the surface of the particles smooth, round, good observability. After screening, the unqualified particles return to re granulation and sieving; qualified particles are directly packed into the storehouse.
